Job Description

The following is a description of the tasks and duties performed by the Project Accountant:

• Monitors and analyzes accounting allocations and spending data to determine financial resources required for budget development.
• Tracks expenses, inventories, and budget balances.
• Measures actual performance against budget.
• Prepares forecasting reports and trend analyses.
• Utilizes financial modeling and data analytics tools.
• Develops recommendations for budget allocations in accordance with budgetary policies and limits.

Typically, a Bachelor Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and 4+ years of related experience.
