This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, help them develop practical skills, and support lasting improvements in their daily lives.

Compensation: EMS of Virginia offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $22.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and professional credentials.

Eligible employees may also receive additional compensation through our client and employee referral incentive programs.

Documentation and Clinical Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update individualized service plans.
  • Complete accurate and timely progress notes for all client sessions.
  • Prepare quarterly reports and other required clinical documentation.
  • Provide information necessary for service authorizations and continued care.

  • Ability to provide services independently in clients' homes and community settings.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
  • Commitment to providing ethical, compassionate, and individualized mental health services.

Preferred:

  • Experience providing Intensive In-Home Services, Mental Health Skill Building Services, or other community-based mental health services.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Individuals pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
