We have an exciting opportunity for an executive-level consulting professional to join our practice management team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Managed Application Services (MAS) Director! You will have a breadth of knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, platform technologies, and Microsoft partner channel), industry best practices, business processes and technologies.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Lead both business development efforts and manage MAS projects, clients and people
• Drive the business development process from initial account meeting to estimating the proposal development to deal closure
• Participate in strategic account calls, ongoing sales opportunities and escalations
• Assist with recruitment, mentorship, and retention of technology talent
• Ensure that best practices and methodology are followed, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
• Managed application services evangelism

What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

•           10+ years of technical consulting delivery in ERP environments

•   Proven background of implementations on Microsoft Dynamics as well as ongoing lifetime client relationship and management of systems

•   5+ years of working with and leading technical projects and management experience with financial and managerial responsibilities

•           Hands on experience with delivering and managing technology systems

•           Demonstrated ability in collaborating on enterprise-wide initiatives

•           Ability to work under a heavy workload in a time critical environment

•           Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

•           Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to our industries

•           Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level

•           Proficiency in using sales and negotiation techniques and tools

•           Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

•           Undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in an IT related field

•           Ability to travel 25-50%
