The role 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-motivated Development Manager to join our Queensland development team. This role would see you managing new store growth across the Queensland market.

As a Property Development Manager, you will work in an agile squad, to deliver customer and team first outcomes. In this role, you will

• Lead the analysis and preparation of business cases, board reports, financial models, feasibilities, and budgets
• Evaluate, recommend, and manage property projects and transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, upgrades, redevelopments, and divestments

What’s in your toolkit? 

• Proven experience as a Property or Real Estate Development Manager, or Assistant Development Manager
• Strong understanding of the Queensland property market, with the ability to apply strategic and analytical thinking to drive ongoing portfolio growth
• Skilled in engaging, influencing, and managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of property economics, legislation, valuation, planning processes, property law, and deal structures
• A strategic, commercially minded approach, backed by strong business acumen, technical expertise, and negotiation skills
