Call Center Office Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Data entry
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Coordinating and completing administrative tasks
- Ordering materials
- Assisting with client interactions, including answering phones and emails, showroom visits, product knowledge, and product integration
- Scheduling leads, service calls, installations, and client appointments
- Maintaining accurate lead and client information in the company's CRM system
- Providing daily support to on-site management
- Processing payments and finance applications
- Making follow-up calls to collect balances upon project completion
- Occasionally participating in local home shows and events
Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
