What You'll Be Doing

• Direct multi-location practice operations and administrative teams
• Develop strategic plans supporting growth and profitability
• Oversee budgets, staffing, facilities, and technology
• Implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements
• Monitor performance and advise executive leadership
• Support expansion and development of new locations

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lead complex, multi-location healthcare operations
• Strong financial, strategic planning, and operational leadership skills
