EHS Manager

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

Ø Bachelor degree in safety or environmental management or other related fields.

Ø A minimum of 5 years working experience in EHS such as safety management, environmental management ,waste management and industrial hygiene.

Ø Be familiar with Chinese EHS regulations and fire prevention rules.

Ø Knowledge of ISO14000 and ISO45001 are preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

Ø Responsible for security, safety, health & environment management.

Ø Work closely with line department to deliver safety, health and environment protection support.

Ø Conduct EHS training to all employees and keep positive relationship with related authorities.

Ø Guide and Support 3-level safety training material review and update.

Ø Make sure EHS implementation in line with government regulations and rules.

Ø Initiate approaches & controls to prevent loss time accident, to reduce/prevent environmental pollution, to prevent damage against employee health and to reduce/control exposure to circumstances where possible damage might occur.

Ø Complete ESH related reports for management review.

Ø Review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all safety requirements have been met.

Ø Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing.

从事故分析、厂务检查、和环境测试中发现问题并追踪

Ø Other relevant tasks arranged by Line manager for achieving company’s objectives.
