Description
Are you passionate about balancing demand and capacity in a fast-paced environment? Join us to drive end-to-end capacity planning, identify bottlenecks before they impact customers, and ensure seamless production readiness. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Translate
customer demand into Front-End capacity requirements, with primary focus on the
rolling next 4 months. Convert
demand into required FE wafer starts and ensure starts are aligned with
customer priorities and downstream requirements. Review
FE loading and capacity utilization across production steps to identify
bottlenecks, constraints, and underutilized resources. Ensure
sufficient FE capacity is available to support required production volumes and
business priorities. Work
closely with Factory Planning, Supply Chain Planning, and Demand Planning teams
to align wafer starts, material availability, and capacity with customer
demand. Identify
demand-versus-capacity gaps early and highlight potential risks, roadblocks,
and impact to supply. Coordinate
capacity improvement and optimization actions when constraints are identified. Balance
loading across available FE resources to improve capacity utilization and
support stable production flow. Support
product ramp-up and demand changes by ensuring required Capacity and wafer
starts are available at the right time. Monitor
capacity requirements and loading trends and proactively address emerging
capacity constraints. Minimize
excess WIP, inventory, and idle capacity while ensuring sufficient capacity to
meet customer requirements. Provide clear FE capacity outlook, risks, gaps,
and action plans to support supply-chain and business decision-making Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, capacity planning, production planning, or manufacturing planning, preferably from a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment. Candidate should have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management, demand planning, capacity planning, p roduction loading, constraint management, and inventory management. Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP and strong analytical skills using Excel are expected. Experience with Tableau or other data analytics/automation tools will be an added advantage.
