Pay: Starting at $20/hour, with final pay based on education, experience, and qualifications.
Bonus: $500 for part-time employees working 20+ hours/week—half paid at 90 days and half at 180 days.
Help clients travel safely to appointments, outings, and community activities while providing compassionate, respectful support.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport clients, staff, and materials.
- Assist passengers, including those using mobility equipment.
- Complete vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and document trips and incidents.
- Protect confidentiality and collaborate with staff on client needs.
- Follow ABA-based behavior support plans and administer medications as trained.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Missouri Class E license with an “S” endorsement, CDL with an “S” endorsement, or out-of-state equivalent; clean driving record and company insurance eligibility.
- Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Successful background checks, drug screening, physical, and pre-hire/annual Human Performance Evaluations. Random and annual drug/alcohol testing and physicals apply.
Two years of professional driving experience and experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or medical conditions preferred.
