30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team!

Pay

$15-$22 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for daily service
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cooking station
• Cook menu items using grills, fryers, sauté stations, broilers, and other kitchen equipment
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service
• Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food according to food safety standards
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
• Complete assigned cleaning, stocking, and opening or closing duties
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen stations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous restaurant kitchen or cooking experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks during busy periods
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and assist where needed
• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
