Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Driver in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will support a professional, secure environment through clear communication and attention to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests according to established building procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and front-desk communications; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, receive and route deliveries, and provide professional assistance in a commercial office environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
