Job Description:

As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a global leader in the distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients around the world. Our business is built on trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders — both suppliers and customers.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (English Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers.

This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based in Casablanca.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Order-to-Invoice process,
• Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after-sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat),
• Order management and backlog monitoring,
• Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes,
• Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics,
• Ensuring On-Time Delivery in line with customer and company targets,
• Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in French and English
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Copilot and ChatGPT
• Previous experience in Customer Service,
• Excellent communication and coordination skills,
• A customer-focused mindset,
• Strong team player.
