Customer Experience Consultant (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting business growth. You will manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams and global service centers to ensure seamless service delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will combine operational expertise with a commercial mindset to create value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full shipment lifecycle, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish
• Proactively resolve service-related issues and provide timely customer support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and offshore service teams
• Understand customer needs and business drivers to deliver tailored logistics solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support commercial growth
• Collaborate effectively across functions to ensure operational excellence

Your Profile

You are motivated by providing outstanding customer experiences and building lasting customer relationships. You enjoy working in a fast-moving logistics environment, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and bring a positive, customer-first attitude to everything you do.

In addition, you:

• Have experience in import and/or export operations within the logistics industry
• Have experience in a customer-facing role with a strong commercial focus
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Are fluent in both Turkish and English, written and spoken
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
