Urgent Hiring: Warehouse Officer-in-Charge (OIC)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Addiction Foods is urgently looking for a hands-on Warehouse OIC to oversee daily warehouse operations and work alongside one warehouseman.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Organize daily priorities and supervise one warehouseman.
- Participate directly in warehouse tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Monitor product batches, expiry dates, and stock rotation using First Expired, First Out (FEFO).
- Check incoming and outgoing goods against supporting documents.
- Coordinate deliveries and collections with transporters and internal teams.
- Handle returns, damaged goods, and near-expiry stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Improve daily workflows to reduce errors and delays.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including responsibility for daily operations or staff supervision.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the warehouseman.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation.
- Ability to use Excel and inventory systems. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in food, pet food, or FMCG warehousing is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
