Compensation & Schedule
- $120K–$150K per year, based on years of experience and clinical background.
- Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, with Fridays off.
- Conduct patient histories, examinations, and clinical assessments.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records.
- Provide care at both locations according to the weekly schedule.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national certification and Utah licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
- Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Clear communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work at our Provo clinic three days per week and Spanish Fork office every Tuesday.
