- Influence the building of software before it's built by reviewing requirements and acceptance criteria
- Prepare and share test documentation and results with the team
- Help evolve our culture of excellence in test and find ways to insert quality into all aspects of the business
Experience and Background Needed:

- Pride in ownership of quality and a willingness to act as the voice of the customer
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn from, and share with, a cross-functional team
- Fluency in English
- A Bachelors Degree or Higher.
- 1–3+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or software development.
Technical skills
- Coding ability in a language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#
- Experience writing automated tests and working within an existing test automation framework
- Experience testing API contracts

- An understanding of web request/response models and the tools that use them
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and running automated tests within them

- CI and job scheduling tools such as Jenkins or ActiveBatch
- Test frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, WebDriverIO, or Cucumber
- API-first, headless, or composable (MACH) commerce platforms such as SCAYLE
- Async systems such as queues, streams, or webhooks
- AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Gemini
- Scrum, Agile, or Kanban teams
- Testing payment and/or tax systems
- Testing e-commerce and/or order management concepts
