This role
The Senior Manager, People Operations owns the compliance, policy and operational backbone of our global People function as we prepare for and operate as a public company. You will lead special people projects, keep our people practices compliant through the pre-IPO and public-company transition, run immigration and global mobility, set global people policies and processes, and own the global People Operations ticketing system.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who works independently, solves ambiguous problems, and cares about getting the details right.
