Key Responsibilities
Commercial Operations
- Manage end-to-end commercial processes from customer onboarding to contract execution in the ERP system.
- Support, quotations, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely execution of commercial activities.
- Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Licensing & Contract Management
- Manage licensing agreements, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain an accurate repository of commercial contracts and licensing documentation.
- Track contract milestones, expiration dates, and renewal opportunities.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance or Revenue Management.
Required Skills
- Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
