Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. (PT only)
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders. (PT only)
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Salary:

Competitive per-visit compensation based on role, licensure (PT or PTA), and experience. 

Requirements

MUST have:

• A valid, active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Texas
• Current BLS/CPR License
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
