Scheduler and Delivery Specialist with French and Dutch

Join our Logistics Team in Wrocław and help make sure surgical teams have what they need, when they need it. As a Scheduler and Delivery Specialist, you will sit at the heart of our delivery operation, connecting supply chain and commercial teams and helping coordinate the right sets for hospital surgery cases.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate daily schedules to ensure surgical instruments and implant sets are delivered to the right place at the right time.
• Manage loan bookings and match the right equipment to surgery requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery and collection of loan kits, including urgent requests and overdue returns.
• Work with carriers and couriers to support timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Keep accurate records and report any delivery, collection or transportation issues.
• Use logistics and ERP systems such e.g. MoveMedical, SAP.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes.

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Solid experience in logistics, warehouse operations, planning, business analysis or a related area.
• Good communication in English.
• Good communication in French and Dutch.
• Understanding of logistics and warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and strong organisational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Confidence working with IT systems and willingness to learn new tools.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 81,250 PLN - 121,750 PLN annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
