We are now looking for an inspiring and strategically minded Head of Product Management to lead a highly skilled team responsible for shaping, developing, and sustaining our product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle.

Your role

As Head of Product Management, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for product management, design authority, systems integration leadership, and requirements management.

Together with your team, you will ensure that our products evolve in line with customer needs, operational requirements, and future market opportunities.

The responsibility spans the complete product lifecycle, from early studies and concept development through delivery, support, upgrades, and eventual phase-out.

You will also be a member of the Product Unit Management Team.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of experienced product and technical leaders.
• Defining and driving product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term portfolio development.
• Ensuring effective product management throughout the entire lifecycle, from studies and concept exploration to retirement and replacement.
• Overseeing the Design Authority function and securing product integrity, technical coherence, and governance.
• Leading integration management activities across multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and product domains.
• Driving requirements management processes to ensure traceability, customer value, and operational effectiveness throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborating closely with engineering, program management, marketing and sales, production, and customer representatives.
• Balancing customer needs, technical possibilities, business objectives, and future market opportunities.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of methods, processes, and tools within product development and lifecycle management.

We also believe that you have:

• Proven leadership experience, either as a people manager or in a senior leadership position.
• Experience within product management, systems engineering, product development, systems integration, requirements management, or similar fields.
• A strong understanding of complex technical systems and product lifecycles.
• The ability to navigate both strategic and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
