As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a seasoned Long Term Care Planning Attorney licensed in the State of Ohio to join us.
This leadership role involves overseeing the Long-Term Care team, meeting directly with clients, reviewing legal documents, and crafting innovative strategies to meet each client’s unique goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in elder law, Medicaid planning, and asset protection, along with a passion for client advocacy and team development.
Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current • Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents • Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action Qualifications: • Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations • Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) • At least 1-2 years of working in a law firm on on estate planning and probate law issues is necessary • Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required
