- Obtain insurance authorizations and verify eligibility
- Filing
- Appointment scheduling and confirming
- Prepare insurance billing
- Email recall notices/cards
- Replenish office supplies
- Report areas to improve and innovations
- Report insurance updates
- Maintain inventory control
- Provide coverage and perform duties at Reception desk, when needed
