Industry / Organization Type: Precision Engineering (Plastics)
Position Title: CNC Operator
Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus (Gross ~ $3,500)
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machinery to manufacture high-precision plastic parts.
Perform machine setup and make basic program adjustments when necessary.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Oversee the machining process and ensure products meet required quality standards.
Conduct dimensional checks and basic quality inspections using measuring tools.
Carry out routine maintenance of machines and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Carry out other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in CNC machine operation, preferably in the plastics industry.
Able to read and understand technical or engineering drawings.
Basic CNC programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience with Fanuc and Mazak control systems is a plus.
Open to shift work when required.
