Your playground as an Financial Planning & Analysis Professional at TikTak
- Turn data into insight, and insight into action
- Support key business decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Own profitability, unit economics, pricing, and performance analyses
- Partner closely with business teams to identify risks, opportunities, and value creation levers
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and board / investor-level storytelling
- Help shape a finance function that drives the business forward — not just reports on it
Our game changer Financial Planning & Analysis Professional profile at TikTak
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and business acumen
- Solid understanding reporting, planning, and business performance management
- Someone who is curious, commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments is a plus
