Overview
Our client is a solution house and they are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in project delivery and business analysis, with exposure to client-facing and pre-sales activities. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful implementation of RegTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to design effective solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, proposal preparation, and solution demonstrations.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing proactive solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, ideally within financial services, technology, or RegTech.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in pre-sales or client-facing solution design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems, AML, or KYC system implementation is a big plus.
- Experience working with banks or financial services clients is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Good command in both English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus).
