Lindbergh in St. Ann and hiring for both our new restaurant and our existing restaurant in Bridgeton, both conveniently located on St. Charles Rock Road. We are currently hiring Front of House and Back of House team members to join our Chick-fil-A On the Rock Road team at both restaurants. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
