Join Prime Healthcare's newest addition in the Chicagoland area! As we integrate this 214-bed acute care hospital into our growing Illinois network, we're seeking dedicated Hospitalists to deliver high-quality, compassionate inpatient care in a collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off block schedule - enjoy predictable time off for true work-life balance.
• Role: Manage adult impatient care, admissions, rounding, discharges, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Team: Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and a supportive medical staff in a newly stabilized hospital under Prime Healthcare's resources and commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical skills and team-oriented mindset.

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000.00 to $300,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
