They are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their central kitchen team, supporting large-scale production whilst remaining flexible across multiple kitchens throughout the property.

Who You Are…
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef De Partie
- Passionate about fresh food, consistency and presentation
- Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
- A flexible team player happy to support across different kitchens
- Eager to learn, develop and progress within luxury hospitality

You help deliver exceptional dining experiences across an entire luxury resort.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the Central Kitchen
- Assisting with large-scale food preparation and production to exceptionally high standards
- Working flexibly across various kitchens throughout the hotel when required
- Supervising and motivating junior members of the brigade
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen standards
