As a Certified B Corp, our mission is to create timeless, sustainable pieces that uplift women and protect our planet.The RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, process-driven Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our collections—from initial design sketches in California to final delivery from our artisan partners in Bali and India. You will be the "air traffic control" for our production calendar, ensuring that our commitment to slow fashion doesn't compromise our operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the seasonal Time & Action (T&A) Calendar, ensuring all milestones from initial design sketches to final product delivery are met on schedule.Serve as the primary point of contact for international artisan partners in Bali and India, managing daily communication regarding production status and hand-crafted techniques.Facilitate seamless hand-offs between Design, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure all creative assets and product data are ready for site launches.Monitor supply chain transparency and document certifications (GOTS, fair trade, etc.) to uphold Cleobella’s B Corp standards and ethical commitments.Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to track shipments, resolve transit delays, and ensure inventory arrives at the warehouse for fulfillment.Manage the sampling and fit revision process, ensuring that the integrity of artisan craftsmanship meets the brand’s high-quality specifications.Implement and maintain project management software to eliminate bottlenecks and increase transparency across the entire slow fashion lifecycle.Assist in monitoring production costs and lead times to ensure collections remain profitable while maintaining fair wage standards for makers.What You Bring Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in apparel, sustainable fashion, or global manufacturing.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills—you can explain complex timelines to a local team and navigate cultural nuances with international partners.Values-Driven: A genuine passion for ethical fashion and a "people-first" approach to business.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Shopify, Excel, and modern Project Management software.
