Treehouse is looking for a full-time salaried Director of Operations ("Director") to work directly for the CEO.  This Director position is new and is a result of the growth in our company that has tripled in size over the last four years.  

The Director would oversee many of the non-clinical functions of the company, that have traditionally shared by the CEO, HR Manager and Front desk Manager.   The Operations Manager would have to be comfortable with 

These responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-  measuring employee performance against pre-determined targets and deliver weekly reports to the CEO

-  measuring client data to see which one of our clients are committed to their weekly therapy

-  creating reports to determine our top referral sources

-  managing clinical credentialing with CAQH and other insurance companies

-  managing the technology of the company including desktop productivity (Google Workspace Admin), laptops, printers, phone system, electronic medical records and tablets

-  managing many of our external events for the company including parent support groups and outreach events

-  measuring how we are doing with clients through surveys and other methods

-  messaging our clients with important updates through digital means including a monthly newsletter 

-  manage our digital presence (IG, FB, website, email campaigns) and highlight all the great successes in the clinic

-  creating digital survey campaigns with our clients and analyze feedback

-  managing the physical clinics through relationships with landlords, cleaning companies, utilities and organizational processes such as emergency management procedures

-  managing our relationships with malpractice insurance and workman's compensation insurance providers
