Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of all stage shows and events, including lighting, sound, and props.
- Ensure that all equipment and stage areas are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Help with the coordination and execution of rehearsals and performances.
- Work closely with the entertainment team to ensure that all performances are delivered to the highest standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests and address any concerns or issues that may arise during performances.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as technical and production, to ensure a seamless and professional experience for our guests.
- Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures while on board the ship.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a theatrical or cruise ship setting.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of lighting and sound equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents.
