Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations and diagnoses.
- Create personalized treatment plans, emphasizing patient education and involvement.
- Execute procedures in restorative, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry following practice protocols.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and deliver seamless patient experiences.
- Support and mentor junior team members or recent graduates where appropriate.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety as mandated by regulatory bodies and practice policies.
- Use the latest technologies and materials to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
- Engage in continued education to keep pace with emerging dental techniques and innovations.
- Participate in team trainings, case reviews, and practice development initiatives to drive collective success.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Active Hawaii Dental License (or eligibility for licensure in Hawaii).
- Clinical Experience: Prior experience in a dental practice is preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical competencies and a passion for ongoing learning are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to converse with and educate a diverse patient population.
- Team-Focused Mindset: Willingness to work collaboratively and uphold Kaizen Dental Center’s ethos of continuous improvement.
