- Demonstrated Modernization Experience: Proven track record of taking an enterprise from "current practices" to "next practices," specifically transitioning large-scale, legacy environments (Mainframe/AS400) into modern, integrated ecosystems.
- Full Lifecycle Leadership: Evidence of having directed end-to-end software application implementations (from architecture to deployment and support) for medium to large-scale enterprise projects.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong background in managing large IT budgets, negotiating with key suppliers, and presenting data-backed strategic insights to executives.
- Technical Versatility: Deep understanding of both legacy systems and modern integration technologies (APIs, .NET), coupled with a strong grasp of data warehousing methodologies.
