Description
nfluencer Marketing Specialist
We seek an Influencer Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our performance team and manage campaign launches across several Geos using platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Telegram.
The ideal candidate must have an understanding of sports betting and casino, as well as experience in budget management, and fluency in using AI tools. Previous experience in building strategic deals with highly engaged social media communities and operating within high-restriction international regions is a must
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Identify and recruit influencers targeting the correct audiences and demographics across multiple platforms like Meta, TikTok and Telegram using tools to speed up the process
Manage influencer and community relationships, including negotiations
Effectively manage influencer campaign budgets
Implement proactive strategies to bypass market restrictions
Use Claude and other AI tools to automate the creation of visuals, video assets, and competition analysis
Launch, optimise and monitor campaigns across various international markets
Main Requirements:
Proven track record of success with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong negotiation skills & experience working with influencers in international markets
Basic knowledge of the Python programming language is a plus
High proficiency in using Claude for automations and content creation
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Understanding of the iGaming industry is a must
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
Availability to respond and be accessible outside of regular working hours and on weekends
