𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 : HR / Administration Executive
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 : USD 45,000 – 60,000 per annum

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
– Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
– Support payroll, attendance tracking, and employee benefits coordination
– Handle office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination
– Assist in employee engagement and internal activities

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
– Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience
– Familiar with US labor laws and HR practices
– Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
– Bilingual in English & Chinese with strong communication skills
– Experience in logistics or warehouse environment is an advantage
