Description

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible to coordinate maintenance activities for equipment, buildings, and facilities, ensuring the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Responsible for cost control, maintaining accurate records in the MAINTOOL system, analyzing maintenance data to prevent failures and reduce operational costs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with Production and Engineering teams on equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and ensure compliance with production, safety, and quality standards through the achievement of established targets.
  • Follow established procedures and implement maintenance best practices to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe workplace in accordance with the EOS Policy Manual (1.3.4.11.2.7) and compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, as applicable.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with supervisors according to the established maintenance plan and schedule
  • Review machinery and equipment issues in coordination with the Production team, ensuring that failures are properly documented and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and occupational illnesses, in accordance with EOS Policy Manual requirements (1.3.4.11.2.7).
  • Coordinate quality and safety-related actions with other departments to ensure compliance with company standards and objectives.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management of machinery and spare parts, as well as proper budget allocation and control across all responsible areas.
  • Monitor maintenance performance metrics and communicate results to the maintenance team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that records related to the construction, operation, and decommissioning of facilities are properly maintained in accordance with corporate, legal, and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, time management, and personnel management skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams, coordinate activities, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical engineering or related.
  • +5 years of experience in maintenance engineering
  • English fluent is a must
