  • Participate in or lead HR automation projects, including automated workflows, approvals, notifications, reports, employee forms, and self-service processes.
  • Explore practical use of AI tools in HR, including reporting, documentation, recruitment support, learning content, workflow automation, and HR analytics.
  • Develop SOPs, process maps, user guides, and documentation for HR processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT, managers, vendors, and external payroll or benefits providers as needed.
  • Handle assigned HR projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on HR Generalist / HR Management experience.
  • Strong practical experience in:
    • Learning & Development.
    • Performance Management and KPI administration.
    • Payroll.
    • Compensation & Benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle HR assignments end to end, not only supervise or delegate them.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of HR systems, employee data, and HR operational controls.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize multiple HR activities, and follow through without close supervision.
  • Strong English communication skills.

HR Automation / Technology Experience:
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
  • HR workflow automation.
  • HRIS implementation or improvement.
  • Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps.
  • Microsoft 365 / SharePoint.
  • ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI tools.
  • AI agents or AI-enabled workflow automation.
  • HR dashboards and reporting automation.
  • Automated payroll, attendance, performance, or L&D processes
  • Low-code / no-code platforms.

Candidates without direct automation experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong digital capability and a genuine willingness to learn and participate in HR automation projects.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a multinational, FMCG, manufacturing, food, or fast-growing organization.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or regional employees.
  • Exposure to HRIS migration, implementation, or digital transformation projects.
