About the Role
As Client Success Executive, you will own the day to day experience of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the first point of contact and the person who keeps everything moving. You will work closely with our Senior Client Success Manager, with real ownership over how your accounts run.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives on structure and wants to grow into a more senior client operations career. You will use monday.com as the backbone for your projects and reporting, but the heart of the job is the client relationship and the trust you build by delivering consistently.
What You'll Be Doing
Client relationships
- First point of contact for your accounts, responding promptly and professionally
- Building working relationships with client contacts, understanding their business and pressures
- Managing expectations proactively, flagging delays or risks early
- Knowing when to resolve something yourself and when to bring in your Senior Client Success Manager
Projects and delivery
- Running onboarding for new clients, from kick-off through to documentation and introductions
- Coordinating internal teams so everyone knows what's needed and by when
- Running weekly check-ins to track progress, blockers and upcoming deadlines
- Keeping systems and boards accurate so information is easy to find and nothing gets missed
Reporting
- Producing weekly and monthly performance reports to deadline
- Turning data into a short, readable narrative of what happened, what it means and what's next
- Supporting quarterly business reviews with prepared data and materials
- Keeping reporting templates consistent across the portfolio
Systems and process
- Using monday.com to manage timelines, tasks and client communication in one place
- Setting up new client boards at onboarding stage
- Spotting where a process or automation could be improved, and making the improvement
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years in a client-facing, agency, account or project coordination role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience with monday.com or a comparable platform and confidence picking up new systems quickly
- Clear, confident written communication
- Comfortable with numbers and reporting, with solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to spotting and raising issues
- Someone who enjoys owning their own workload and bringing structure to it
Nice to have, but not essential
- Experience building monday.com dashboards, automations or templates
- A background in media, marketing or advertising
- Experience with digital campaign delivery or performance reporting
- PowerPoint or presentation-building skills
CNS Media is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don't tick every box above.
