Tool Crib Operator – Materials Team

Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila

The Tool Crib Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and dispensing all non-raw materials (NRM) used throughout the plant. These materials include production consumables, tools, maintenance spare parts, and EHS supplies. The role ensures inventory accuracy, timely material availability, and effective support to production and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming non-raw materials and Tooling.
  • Manage the control, handling, and storage of NRM inventory in the Tool Crib warehouse.
  • Issue materials to production and other departments using Tool Crib software.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure material availability.
  • Maintain organized storage locations

Required Qualifications

  • TSU/ Bachelors degree.
  • 1-2  years of warehouse or inventory control experience desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, responsibility, and teamwork.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
