Client Services Associate

What we are looking for:

Looking for a talented and friendly individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate! As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our patients both over the phone and in person.

We're seeking someone with a track record of success in a customer service role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate!

As a Client Services Associate, you'll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to our mental health professionals.

Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Flexibility is essential in this role. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• A highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Team player and positive attitude
• The ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
