Role:Senior Associate Attorney

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney with a strong litigation background in personal injury and/or mass tort matters. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage complex cases from inception through resolution while working alongside a highly accomplished litigation team. The ideal candidate is confident handling all phases of litigation and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to $240,000 annually + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and mass tort litigation matters.
· Conduct and defend depositions, including plaintiff, defendant, expert, and witness depositions.
· Draft, argue, and respond to motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents.
· Handle all aspects of written discovery, document review, and case strategy.
· Represent clients at court hearings, case management conferences, and mediations.
· Collaborate with partners and litigation teams to develop effective legal strategies.
· Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda and briefs.
· Maintain regular communication with clients while providing exceptional legal representation.
Required Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
· Active membership in the California State Bar.
· Minimum of 3 years of direct litigation experience, with relevant experience in personal injury, mass tort, or related civil litigation.
· Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery, mediations, and court appearances.
· Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
· Ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience handling class action litigation.
· Prior experience managing complex, high-value litigation cases.
· Strong organizational and case management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
