Job Description

As a DMS Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing design-verification plans and protocols and for creating clear, compliant documentation required by FDA and other applicable regulations. You will work closely with software, hardware and system engineers to ensure robust test coverage, early defect detection and objective readiness decisions.

Your role:

• Lead verification projects from planning through release, defining strategy, scope, schedules, risks, deliverables, and release evidence.
• Translate DMS element and system requirements into well-defined, measurable test cases covering functionality, integration, performance, reliability, and edge-case scenarios.
• Develop and execute verification plans, test procedures, and test environments to ensure thorough and reproducible validation.
• Coordinate verification activities across teams, providing technical guidance and maintaining strong communication with engineering and project stakeholders.
• Review requirements, designs, code, and changes from a verification perspective, ensuring quality and compliance throughout development.
• Analyze test results, drive defect investigation and root-cause analysis, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor requirement coverage, testing progress, risks, and release readiness, providing accurate status updates and escalation when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing methods, tools, and automation while mentoring and supporting junior verification engineers.

You're the right fit if you have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in verification or testing of multidisciplinary systems (CT detector, hardware or embedded-software testing is an advantage).
• Knowledge of verification tools, test design methods, quality testing processes and test automation principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including defect investigation and clear technical reporting.
• Ability to lead verification work packages or projects, coordinate stakeholders and manage priorities, risks and schedules.
• Fluency in English.

Advantages

• Experience in the medical-device and regulated environment.
• Strong familiarity with FDA design-verification documentation and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or equivalent systems-engineering certification.
• Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using Python

 

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base monthly salary range for this grade R&D roles is  [21,515]– [ 35,858] ILS . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
