As an Imaging Specialist at Iron Mountain, you will be at the forefront of transforming physical files into secure, accessible digital assets. Your role involves the careful preparation and scanning of documents, ensuring the production of high-quality digital images.
Main Responsibilities:
• Sorting and organizing files and information
• Performing document digitization processes
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry from source documents into the company’s or client’s database
• Conducting quality control checks on documents
• Consistently meeting and exceeding customer service standards in line with specific contractual requirements and within established deadlines
• Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information
Required Skills and Experience:
• Ability to review and analyze documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, along with strong administrative skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using computer systems
• Clean criminal record
