Key Responsibilities

About the role:

The Project Analyst is the operational and financial anchor for our client accounts. You are responsible for the end-to-end integrity of the "Quote-to-Cash" lifecycle—ensuring that technical solutions are accurately quoted, project costs are strictly tracked, and billing milestones are met. This role bridges the gap between Sales, Engineering, Logis-tics, Manufacturer and Finance to ensure project profitability and seamless delivery.

 

Quotation & Cost Analysis

• Partner with Sales and FAEs to develop comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) and quotation packages based on defined project scopes.
• Track and analyze project costs against initial estimates; identify and report on margin variances to ensure project profitability.
• Validate that costs and internal resource allocations are accurately reflected in the project budget.

Billing & Revenue Oversight

• Manage the billing lifecycle by identifying and documenting key project mile-stones for invoicing (e.g., deposit, shipping, startup, and close-out).
• Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely cus-tomer invoicing based on contract terms and delivery status.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and credit issues by interfacing directly with the client and internal accounting teams.

Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact for equipment schedules; coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Inside Sales and Manufacturer to proactively communi-cate delivery timelines to customers.
• Lead weekly project tracking meetings to provide internal stakeholders with vis-ibility into order fulfillment and financial status.

Project Transition & Execution Handoff

• Organize and lead Project Kickoff Meetings to transition account knowledge, technical drawings, and financial requirements to the Service and Engineering teams.
• Monitor and document project close-out data, ensuring all documentation and final billings are completed and archived in Microsoft CRM

Minimum Qualifications

 

 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Project Finance in High Tech
• Financial Acumen: Proven ability to track project budgets, manage billing mile-stones, and understand gross margin impact.
• Systems: High proficiency in Microsoft CRM or similar ERP/Financial manage-ment tools.
• Communication: Ability to discuss technical project details and financial billing terms with equal clarity.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
