About The Job
As an Assistant General Manager at Jack Astor’s, you will assist the GM in leading the team to deliver top-quality food, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service. You will develop your leadership skills, coach and support staff, manage financials to meet goals, uphold Jack’s values and promises, and inspire enthusiasm and energy among the team.
About You
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks
- Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification
