Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

N6/ NCV in Business Management or Commerce

The skills we need:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Solutions-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude; self-motivated and driven.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with learning and using new systems.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new software packages.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and expand knowledge in AI-related technologies
  • Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the division in all administrative functions linked to buying / order processing 
  • Supporting the Buyer with all buying processes and checks. 
  • Checking customer reviews, links and newsletters.
  • Managing customer queries and escalating as necessary.
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks such as managing stock levels, processing customer orders, handling stock classification, and addressing catalogue-related queries.
  • Possesses verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to pick up the phone and engage directly with stakeholders.
  • Be quick to react, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
  • Co-ordinating and liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability and orders.
This is an 18-month contract
