Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites worldwide. The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 8D investigations and ensure robust corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 7-step reports).
• Manage supplier non-conformance resolution and prepare QBR scorecards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve manufacturing quality, spares, and tool performance.
• Facilitate regular quality reviews and drive timely implementation of improvement opportunities.
• Ensure consistent execution of nonconformance processes and support FAI, SDQ, DOA, RMA, and OOBQ metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in engineering or related field
• Strong interpersonal and self-management skills.
• Proven experience in corrective action methodologies and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer-facing reporting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $96,000.00 - $140,800.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-NJ-Totowa-KLA
