Job Description Summary

Clark Capital Management Group is excited to announce our 2027 Summer Internship Program! This program centers around professional development by providing participants with an overview of Clark Capital Management Group and a high-level understanding of the firm’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture.
We offer a dynamic internship opportunity aimed at developing, mentoring, and coaching undergraduate students in Asset Management, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Technology. Interns will gain valuable insights into various functional areas of the firm and have the chance to interact directly with our team members, including senior leadership.

Job Description

  • Duration & Location: This is a 7 week in-person program in Philadelphia, PA with a tentative June 7th – July 22nd excluding the week of July 4th
  • Application Deadline: The deadline to apply is September 30, 2026. Applications may close early based on volume.
  • Selection Notification: Final selections will be made by November 17, 2026, and final acceptance is required by December 1, 2026.

Coaching and Mentoring

Qualifications

Clark Capital’s summer internship program typically requires applicants to meet certain criteria to be eligible for consideration:

Educational Background: Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, typically pursuing a degree in finance, economics, math, statistics, or a related field.

Year of Study: The program is primarily open to undergraduate students in their junior and senior years, though some opportunities may be available for sophomores.

Skills and Experience: Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in finance, investments, or related areas is beneficial. Strong analytical, quantitative, coding, and communication skills are highly valued.

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
