About the Opportunity
SpaGo MedSpa is hiring a patient-centered Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team in Erie, Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong medical foundation, excellent patient communication skills, and a genuine passion for medical aesthetics.
Previous injectable experience is preferred, but we are also open to newer injectors and providers who have independently invested in aesthetic training and are looking for meaningful mentorship and opportunities to grow.
This is a full-time opportunity for a provider who values patient safety, natural-looking results, continued education, and a supportive team culture. You’ll work alongside an involved, on-site Medical Director and two experienced aesthetic trainers who are committed to helping the right provider succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and other services within your training, licensure, and practice protocols.
- Provide or support IV starts, IV therapy, wellness, and medical weight-loss services as permitted by your training, licensure, and practice protocols.
- Educate patients about treatment options, realistic outcomes, aftercare, and long-term aesthetic plans.
- Deliver thoughtful, natural-looking results with an emphasis on facial balance, harmony, and patient safety.
- Build trusting, long-term patient relationships through honest and patient-first communication.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation while ensuring a clean and compliant treatment environment.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, aesthetic providers, front-desk staff, and clinical team.
- Participate in ongoing education, advanced injectable training, product training, and professional development.
- Train in laser treatments as needed; previous laser experience is helpful but not required.
- Support appropriate social media and marketing initiatives that educate patients and help grow the practice.
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN, NP, or PA license.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient safety.
- Previous injectable experience preferred.
- Self-funded aesthetic training, certifications, or demonstrated commitment to developing injector skills are valued.
- Experience with IV starts, IV therapy, wellness, medical weight loss, GLP-1 programs, or patient lab work is preferred but not required.
- Experience or interest in Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF/PRP, IV therapy, wellness, medical weight loss, GLP-1s, aesthetic medicine, cosmetic nursing, medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or laser treatments.
- Excellent consultation, patient education, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for facial aesthetics, balance, and harmonious outcomes.
- Humble, coachable, accountable, and eager to continue learning while maintaining confidence in your clinical judgment.
- Comfortable contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Comfortable supporting ethical patient education through social media and marketing.
- Availability for a flexible full-time schedule, including 1–2 weekends per month.
